Sexual Addiction

I just read a book called "Sex, Porn and Masturbation Addiction Mastery". The overall topic was sexual addiction, not merely PMO (although that was a common thread).


I wonder if we took out the PMO equation, would we find something deeper there? Not merely porn addiction but addiction to sex itself?

There were some parts of this book that I couldn't relate to, like when he was talking about thing like rapists and pedophiles (wtf dude??) but the parts about using sex as a means of coping with life and all the underlying hangups and issues....that I definitely could relate to.

 

That is true with all drugs. We just use them to run from instead of dealing with our issues.

Imagine how strong we would be if we fought back instead of run away.
