Sexual (?) Anxiety

    Hi guys, tbh, these months have been very difficult to me, a lot of relapses and also I have discovered that I am anxious and the way that I can "control" it, eating or thinking about sexual things or that of course makes go and PMO. I'm so tired of this also I don't see that energy in me to change, but I know that I HAVE to quit for once.

    Does anyone have an idea to control anxiety o something like that?
