Here is my story (I am currently 23), a few years ago my girlfriend got baptised... so I went very being sexually active to sexually inactive (except from on the rare occasion). It was after this point that my PMO use increased from its "normal" habit to a more persistent problem with PMO happening multiple times a day, which then left me with PIED and PE which brought me to NoFap!
So then after numerous attempts I finally managed to stick out a 6-7 month hard mode reboot. This was great, the ED had gone and I had more confidence and more energy due to the extra exercise I was doing and the better sleep I was having. However the PE still remained and is confidence crippling especially as I never used to have PE (when I was sexually active).
So in the mind set "what difference does it make I still have PE", I relapsed into occasional MO, then into occasional PMO, then regular PMO and so on(this took place over about 6 months). Although I am not back where I started (with ED), I feel that I will be if I dont change my ways. Over the last month ive had a couple of 7 days streaks but then relapse and binge, so now its time to get fully involved and committed to rebooting again so I am posting on this forum to once again be part of the support group. Ive also been watching more YBOP video and researching more this time to properly understand whats going on in my head instead of just not PMO'ing.
Im happy at the moment focusing on hard-mode for as long as I need, but at some point in this reboot journey I need to find out how to cure my PE as it is CRUSHING. I think what I did when I started PMO'ing regularly was sexually condition myself to orgasm quickly as I would always PMO quickly before work or PMO quickly before going out or PMO quickly in the bathroom. I need to figure out how to change this and get some control back as I have NONE.
I know I have the will power to stick to a long reboot and I just need to figure out how to solve the PE issue and ill be free.
