Sexual content in television

    Hi everyone,

    So I'm 30+ days into no PMO, and it feels great and I'm doing great.

    But today I watched a tv series and a very sexual scene came up. It had some nudity, and was very sexual. At first I watched it, because it was part of the episode, but then I felt a blood rush and a big urge suddenly showed up, so I looked away from the screen until the end of the scene.
    I had a big urge after the scene so I needed to calm myself down for a few minutes, but I fought through it.

    Does it count as watching porn? Did I lose my 30+ strike?

    How do you guys deal with sexual content on tv?

    You did the right thing by looking away and fighting the urge. I guess since you didn't know the scene would happen it doesn't count as a relapse. I always look away.
