Over the past few days i have had a pain in my left groin, testicle and lower abdomen which started out as a dull ache. I have no swelling or lumps which leads me to believe i may have masturbated too much, can this cause this these symptoms? I was masturbating at least once a day with most twice a day, morning and night.
