Sexual Fantasy is equal to watching Porn or Not?

Sexual fantasy is just as bad as porn.

You need to catch yourself fantasizing and then change your focus. We all do it in the beginning but over time it becomes less and less. I still fantasize about my GF, when I'm not with her. I quickly focus on something else to stop my erections.

Reading, watch a movie, read nofap forum etc.

I want to rewire to her, not my imagination of her.

 

Sexual thoughts are quite common, but if you indulge in them too often you might be consumed by your own imagination, and then reality won't seem so appealing. I think if you try to occupy your mind with constructive things. With your hobbies, your passions, make sex into this thing that comes with a person and not by yourself alone, then it will be better in the long run. Our minds are only like this because of porn, if we stay away from it then in time our sexual thoughts will become less until we barely even think about it. You have to try and divert those thoughts or they could become a trigger.

 

Let the thoughts arise , but don't live in a dream world . Don't try to block your thoughts , acknowledge you have them , don't feed them , soon they will loose their power .
