I have a quick question since I was out shopping today and it had me wondering, sexual ads we see in stores and out on the streets does not count as a relapse? I came across a slightly sexual ad on the street and some clothing line with a sexual images on it was worried on whether that counts as a relapse or not

No it is not a relapse cause you didn't searched for those pictures, they just appear of nowhere.

If you're at the mall and stumble into a lingerie ad then no, not a relapse at all. If you quickly look away it actually helps strengthen connections in your brain that make ignoring porn feel more rewarding.

However, if you repeatedly walk by the same ad and look at it every day, you're not rebooting correctly. You're looking for the stimulus and rewarding yourself, which is hurting your recovery.

It's a thin gray line, but you should be able to tell what is ok and what's not.

What stimuli must I avoid during my reboot (did I relapse)?

Why do porn cues still trigger a rush (sensitization)?

Guys, I think this guy is a troll. He already got the answers tons of time but he still keep making threads for no reasons.

Besides, look at his nickname: "Seeking_the_answers". Looks suspicious tbh, looks like a troll.
