    Hi guys I’m new to nofap and happy to be here. The two big reasons I decided to quit was cause it’s been affecting both my sex life and my mood. It’s been a while since we’ve had really good sex and I just wanted to know if you guys have had any success in the bedroom since rebooting. Let me know your thoughts and any advice you may have
