Sexual Stamina On NoFap?

    One concern I have with NoFap is how ridiculously quick I will O when I have sex. I'm almost certain if I go more than 10 days and have sex I will O within a minute. Which will be unfulfilling for everyone involved.

    Does anyone have any strategies to avoid this? Or ways to continue post O?
