  4. Indiana Jones 4 isn't a bad movie. Yes, it's the worst of the Indiana Jones' films, but it's not terrible.

I find Jennifer Lawrence's acting to be boring and mundane... The only movie that I thought she did pretty well in was Silver Linings Playbook. Everything else sucked.

All Tarantino films are a complete mess. Unwatchable, in my opinion. He steals everything from other movies, some of which themselves are not very good films. Many of these things, in particular the music, do not go together at all. He keeps jumping around with the timeline, to try and keep you from noticing the plot is dumb. The plots are so poor he feels the need to add scenes where dudes or the comatose get ball gagged and raped.

"Trainspotting" is actually quite a good movie. It's about heroin addicts, and--surprisingly--it manages to be funny, very funny.

Ever used heroin, anyone? Care to try some one day? Maybe it's on your bucket list.

Oh yes, and, I thought the "Lego movie" was a pile of crap.

I agree. Most overrated Disney film bar none. Let It Go is one of the most irritating songs as well.

Once, maybe. I've never gone back for a second look. Personally, I find Tarantino himself to be repulsive on the screen, and seeing him in the mix, as well as having him behind the camera, only makes things worse.

There are way better movies with Laurence Tierney, even though he was a complete piece of shit in real life. Here's one: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Born_to_Kill_(1947_film)

Or better yet, watch anything his brother Scott Brady was in.

Every filmmaker has his own way of storytelling.... Quentin always confuses you...but still he is good...even the hateful eight is also good

I tried watching The Hateful Eight, but could not make it through to the end. He did his old tired trick of jumping around with the timeline again, making the movie unnecessarily longer then it needed to be. I'll give him this though, he finally hired someone (Morricone) to do a real score. Its unfortunate that the score was also one of Morricone's worst, which pales in comparison to the stuff he was doing fifty years ago, or even thirty years ago. Of course Tarratino does the narration, instead of hiring someone with a decent voice.

The guy seems to think he's in the same class as Orson Welles, without having ever made a Citizen Kane, or even my personal favorite, a The Magnificent Ambersons. He's no The Third Man in the acting department either. During the war, the US Government sent Welles and Walt Disney to South America, to make films about the place and try to drum up support for the allies, to help ensure South America didn't join the axis powers. Nobody is sending Tarantino anywhere for anything, except to maybe rinse the cups.

  20. I have a few things about Rob Zombie's Halloween and I will tell you why I hated it:

    1. The remake/reboot was made for youths because movie remakes/reboots were all aimed towards youths who desired to get into 'hard' R-rated films and have never experienced the older films.
    2. It was like a nostalgia grab for the fans who want to watch it for a different take on the characters with HD technology.
    3. Michael Myers' origin story was so out of place. End of story.
    4. It's nothing like the original & first film.
