Sharing my story: Female accountability partner and tips needed

Hi,
This is pretty scary but I'm tired of porn controlling my life and I need a change. I am a 21 year old female. I started watching porn at around the age of 8. I remember feeling so lonely and anxious when I was younger and watching porn kind of relieved that in a way that I now know is unhealthy. I also now know that I was dealing with mental illnesses and the pressure from a broken family. Last year I was finally diagnosed with anxiety and depression and I am now starting to deal with the root problem of my porn addiction. Today I just relapsed after 5 days and I am looking for resources that can keep me accountable.


I have never used this site before and I'm not sure if this is the forum to upload this on but if there is a female around my age who is also struggling and needs a accountability partner I would love to use this forum to connect and keep each other accountable. Also if there are any other users who have tips that can help me as I do my best to recover from porn addiction please share.


I want a healthy porn-free life. I am religious but I am willing to connect with any woman who is also struggling with porn addiction and seeking an accountability partner. Thank you
