    After only 10 days I can feel that something changes in me. The shame, the guilty, slowly change. I'm feel grate, maybe its suggestion for the ton of videos on youtube I watched, but I feel that I have a way of exit. And I'm 100% conviced that it's real.
    In real life when I see a hot girl, I go crazy, and in that moment I even think about that my dick will be dead in the moment that we'll have sex, only because my mind knows that I watch PENIS on girls. NOT vaginas.
    It's crazy guys. How the minds works... really crazy, we are like machines.

    I stopped smoking too, 1.5 years, and it's grate. But a few few few few times in the past, maybe 1 or 2 it returned the addiction for like 4-5 seconds. Is the ADDICTION-WAVE, words of my "SMOKE-PSYCHOLOGY" lol. Inthis istant your strength shows up.

    We are all victims of an evil world my friend. A world where our nature is turned against us and used as a weapon. For many of us we had no one to draw a line and restrict any content that would lead to arousal. There should be laws governing against nudity and porn content. We are just the products of people who opted to choose money over morals. Imagine how rich the condom manufacturing companies are. They will bribe your tariff companies to allow such degrading content. Its time to decide to let go. Do a small experiment and see, whenever an urge comes put your phone or any device you use down and let it show you porn on its own. The phone wont just start scrolling automatically. It needs your input and your choice/decision. The Devil reminds you of past events so that you can fail another time. Just choose to stand with the light and say "There is no choosing the lesser evil, evil is evil." Even the fantasies have to go.

    This was a fun read. To be honest I think you are over thinking things. That's probably why you got anxiety "flops". Also, you were attracted to that prostitute from what it seems cause he looked like a woman. I wouldn't overthink things. Just focus on NoFap. You got this!
