Short motivation for you guys.

Just to let you know that not only my urges are gone, but it feels quite unnatural to touch myself. When I think about it is like I do not remember how it is to do it alone. My brain does not think it is natural. Weeks ago a got the same feeling with a different addiction. They needed me to buy a Coca cola( I was addicted drinking it for years) and I got it and while carrying the bottle 2l with me. I was thinking. "That feels so unknown. I know how much I was doing it but it is kind of new to me to carry that bottle with me". Wish you luck and I believe you can set yourself free from whatever you decide to.

 

It was embarrassing, cause years ago. 2 and a halve, 3 years ago I believe. There was that hot sporty girl I was dating. She did oral with me and I was hard always. But I could not do it. I was rather anxious then. Nowadays I got almost zero triggers. Cause as we say I am on "monk-mode". There is zero tension down there. But I feel the hormones in my whole body. It is like a body erection for me. I do not need to, but I know that I have so much energy and strength do destroy a woman if I want to. The point is I do not want. The whole semen retention is about that. I am trying to move up to a better live in my prospective and sex is something that leads to drama and awful things. As we Christians say is a sin. Yeah it is. Exhausting one.
