I fapped for a few days, after a decent 12 almost 13 day streak. Today, I told myself that this was it, I was going to abstain for good.

But before that, early this morning I fapped 3 consecutive times. Of course I felt bad because of the fapping, but I didn’t feel these head symptoms I have now until later.

about 5 hours later, it hit me, I had brain fog, head pressure, and a weird headache, the brain fog is bad.

The obvious now is don’t fap
But Should I be concerned with this?

Dude, masturbation is bad for your health. It messes up your head. Refrain from who says it is health, it is NOT!
Nothing to be concerned about the brain fog and headache, it will disappear later. For now just stay away from porn and masturbation altogether to recover your brain and you'll be fine.

  4. I'm not so sure that it is something to be overly concerned about. Orgasm headaches can actually occur naturally before, during or after sex with a partner or masturbation. They're generally not something to worry about medically unless they're occurring regularly or unless they last for extended periods of time. I've had them before, particularly when masturbating for a prolonged period or intensely in a short space of time.

An orgasm is basically a massive series of muscle and nerve spasms and can easily be enough to cause headaches. You sound like me at times. If you've done nothing orgasm wise for nearly two weeks and then a lot in a short space of time, there's a lot of pressure there. It would have been building up beforehand if trying not to break the new streak straight away, then the strain of not quite making it, then the orgasms themselves. All that tension has to go somewhere.

As long as the headache went away fine, either on its own or with basic painkillers like paracetamol you'll be fine. Just jump back into abstaining and you'll get a clear mind back and can move forwards with your reboot.
