If it finds you first but you stay with it and engage with it, it is a relapse.

But if it appears at your doorstep and you slam the door in its face and ignore it, you have simply done the right thing.

 

i would just go on the date... nofap is mainly targeted to fight P, not real life encounters with girls and having sexual experience with them.. as of my writing right now, i am also goig on a date in like 3 hours, and most likely hookup. I see sexual encounters with real life girls a step towards rewiring your brain with the real word, with real sex and fighting off porn.

BUT these are just my own conditions and how i see nofap, everyone has ofcourse their own condtions of what they see as a relapse.
