Should I do Kegel Exercises?

    I am on my first NoFap challenge, and I am now on my 5th day, which is very close to my record of 8 days (according to my statistic of the last year). And I have dilemma which I hope some of you guys will be able to give me some answers from your own or from others people experiences - Do you do Kegel Exercises when you are on NoFap challenge? In my previous experiences, very often exercising kegel got me like magnet to masturbation and P - even I felt it like some sort of a reward for the successfully done exercise, even like an extension of it.

    Should I do Kegel exercises now when I am on this mission? Will that help me or will be against me? What are your experiences?
     
  2. I really don't know. I often combine a kegel with my breathing exercise for meditation. I visualize and somehow feel energy going from sexual organ up my spine and out my head as I breath in. This practice is my last defense against an urge run unchecked, it tends to pull me out of autopilot into the present and what ever the urge was focused on becomes irrelevant... that being said if I have an erection i don't / can't do this as the kegel tends to stimulate the arousal... so i do the breathing exercise without the kegel till the erection subsides...

    ok i heard about this and couldn't figure out why a male would do this. Can you tell me why you would recomend doing this?

    I read up on this ages ago, I think it has something to do with better ejaculation?

    Better ejaculation? =/... so again ^^ why would some male train this then (besides pornstars)

    Basic:
    Kegel Training has one goal for men. Strengthen the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle.. Also known as the pelvic floor muscle.
    It's trained through contraction of the pc muscle. Located in your lower back. For Men: It's the muscle you contract when you want to stop urinating.

    Benefits:
    - Penile blood flow increased - harder erections
    - Greater stamina while intercourse
    - Enhanced ejaculation force
    - With more training able to have multiple orgasms
    - Helps with incontinence (more able to control your bladder)
    - Treatment of prostata pain

    Note: I won't post Links, because this site is mainly for sexual enhancment training. Contrary to our goal on this site.

    I personally stay away from the topic. When I researched it online a couple months ago, the sites were full of triggers, and it let to P. I think I was subconsciously looking for triggers, though. So the problem might not be with Kegel. Personally, no.

    Whenever I try exercising kegel I end up relapsing, It's a trigger for me

    You should aim on reverse kegels, they actually gives you better performance and can increase sex lenght.

    On the other hand it's very easy to relapse during doing them(going through edging). I always do kegels almost to orgasm, actually last my 5 relapses were due to kegels...

    For me kegel acts as a trigger.. So i am stopping it for now.. Ill do them after my hard90
