    The urge to watch porn is high after about 7 days of no mo. I don't want to watch it and I have been depressed all day. Should i just masturbate to get rid of the desire and so I can function?

    That’s a personal decision. It will likely extend the time you recover and there’s a chaser effect. You may also find MO morally problematic.

    Do whatever it takes to meet your goals. I personally consider M bad, but P worse.
