Maybe people on this forum are aware of the youtuber Fearless Dan. I've watched some of his videos and they are pretty helpful.

So the guy has this video training thing where it is about 90 videos or so and it is a day by day guide to overcoming porn addiction. It would cost $100.00 but you can try it for 45 days and if u don't like it, you can refund it.

For me personally, I want to say I have come a long way but I'm not really sure. I no longer engage in pmo every single day, like u used to a year ago. Thanks to finally getting a stable job, 8 hours of my weekdays are occupied and either I go out afterwards and hangout or I come home and I'm too tired to think about pmo.

I do have a few weaknesses though. 1) I can't bring myself to try and put a porn blocker on my devices. 2) Even though It's not every day, I have a real problem with weekends. Because there is no need to actually get up early, I tend to relapse on weekends and sometimes binge.

So because my issues are not really a secret to me and I know what they are, I don't feel like I would need some kind of 90 day training guide. In theory it seems simple. Pretend the weekend is a work day and get up early and do stuff. Even though I can easily afford the training videos i mentioned before, I usually prefer to save money opposed to spending it, but at the same time $100 does seem like nothing if it will really help me kick this addiction.

Sorry for wall of text, just a few quick questions.

    1) Should I consider this training thing I just mentioned.
    2) How do I do better at handing weekends? I know there are probably a hundred things i can do to get my mind off of the porn but in the moment it is just so hard to distract myself.

I find there's nothing wrong with choosing to pay for help to get over this. As far as I'm concerned it shows how truly commited you are. When I first started nofap back in November of last year, I signed up with Fortify and even subscribed to there program, it's a 12 week training program, came out to about about the same price you'd pay. Anyways, it was well worth the money and has definitely contributed to the remarkable progress I've made since. I'm at the point in my life where it's not a matter of IF but WHEN I'm over this, the next couple of months are going to be very exciting for me.

Anyways, I'm not trying to advertise fortify here, all I'm saying is, if you pay for paid help, you're commiting yourself even more so and further justifying the need to really succeed in NoFap.

    Best of luck!
