Should I really do NoFap ?

I'm 13 years old and masturate 1-2 a week on average
After I masturbate I tend to feel week and depressed. I am also only 5'3 even though my dad is 6 feet and my uncles taller.
I tried Nofap for 2 weeks but I keep relapsing on weekends as I have nothing to do and become bored
I also get very intense migraines sometimes which I think has something to do with masturbation.
should I do Nofap
please reply ASAP
 
Yeah do nofap see it things get better I believe they will
 
Well why did you join this site to give up fapping in the first place right??

So I watched a few of these videos and ...
these guys were clearly addicted to masturbating and they were doing it often
Their case is much different than mine.
Do you really think I will benefit from this ?
