    I'll keep this brief.

On about day 11 or 13 or so I viewed porn quite intensely but didn't orgasm because I fought off the urge to complete the addiction cycle all over again, and I knew that I would feel bad if I gave in.

I haven't viewed porn since then and feel stronger then ever to quit the addiction for good now.

What do you guys and girls think about this. Should I reset my timer or just say whatevs?

Best of luck on your battles my friens.

I think you're a bit too concerned with the timer. The timer doesn't really matter - it's just a measuring stick of some factors. This whole thing isn't a game and we probably shouldn't be focused on score-keeping.

The real question you should be asking yourself is, what is it you want to accomplish? Are you dedicated to ending PMO in your life, or is this more of a faddish thing? Unless you've convinced yourself that PMO is destructive and that it has no place in your life, you won't likely accomplish anything.

To me, the only thing that matters is that I'm walking away from pornography and towards purity. The rest is just fluff.
