Should I take ADHD medications?

    I always suffered from brain fog related problems and lack of attention etc.
    I am having a career that needs my full attention and I am failing in it.
    I feel better with my rebooting, but my brain always surprises me with attention slips that cause scary mistakes unexpectedly.

    I don't know if I already had ADHD before this or not, but I know that I was among the top students in my class, though I had problems with mathematics that I used to come over with much training from my parents.

    I want to know if I should take ADHD medications now or not.

    Nope. Try Alpha Brain supplements from Onnit.com. They give you great mental clarity and improves memory and focus

    Avoid prescription meds if possible

    Also meditate
