  2. I definitely think it will heal by itself.

  3. I would think that it heals on it's own. I would also think that letting it heal on it's own would be better in the long run, this is just my opinion however, I'm no doctor.

I concur with Dr. WackinWolf and Dr. Mr. Unbreakable on this one. Unless you're/were a heroin or meth addict in the past (being serious), give your brain some time to heal itself. I really don't know how long it takes for the brain to detox from porn but I know it can take anywhere from 6 to 18 months for the brain to fully detox from drugs and alcohol. As a side-note: If you're interested in "boosting" yourself naturally (without the assistance of supplements), take a look at the field of epigenetics — you may find it interesting.

Most supplements are a sham, anyway. Research neuroplasticity. Our brains slowly heal themselves. Not nearly as quickly as we would like, but at least they do heal.

Also, avoid other things that jack up dopamine, such as binging junk food, gambling, fast driving, etc.

  9. I have to question this a bit. Pmo allows the user to reup and get high to the max with each new video, don’t you think this has the ability to really dampen these receptors?

I don't fully understand your speculation. Can you ask the question in a different way?

I'm not sure he quite understood what you were saying. I think he's trying to say the PMO lets you keep your dopamine and levels high for long periods of time, which reduces the number and sensitivity of the receptors. It sounds like you're talking about boosting T or brain healing, and you two are talking past each other.

  12. Sorry, what I’m trying to say was that since we get the Coolidge affect by watching each new clip which is like a crack addict getting a hit and trying to get high again, problem is crack addicts will smoke and may never achieve that “high” that’s so high that they want, but pmo users on the other hand get that “high” with each new clip which is basically the idea that desentisizes our brains in ththe first place except here, each new clip is a wave of dopamine which can prove more devastating than crack can, strictly receptors speaking
