i have seen videos with terry crews and his porn addiction and he said that i should tell openlig about my adiction so it lost most of its grib of me so im thinking about telling my mom about it because she is a psychiatrist and maby she can help me find a therapist to talk to
now that im reading this i can see that i should tell her

but i just dont know when and how to tell her do you guys have any ideas

the hardest thing to do is breaking the ice. it's a bad idea to tell her. nothing bad is gonna come out of it. I started seeing a therapist during this process. it helped me a lot. I think it's a good idea

I think it´s way easier telling a good friend about it than your own mom but since she´s a psychiatrist, she might be able to give you professional advice and boost your whole reboot process.

When to tell her?
Anywhere, where no people are around should be fine, like you don´t wanna start that topic in the middle of a shopping street where people gaze around, looking for something they can talk about to their working mates xD

I think you shouldn´t make it a big deal, the more you think about it, the harder it´ll become for
