Should I text and check up on how my crush is doing after the loss of her dog in traumatic fashion

Refer to some of my previous post for some context of interactions between me and my crush if you want, but I was feeling very sad since it was the anniversary of my mom passing and my crush is religious so I know she would send words of encouragement to me which she did and in return I asked her if she needed prayer for anything she is going through right now and she told me a traumatic situation so I replied the next day some words of encouragement and she didn’t respond. So I am thinking about texting her to see how she is holding up since it’s been a week removed from everything. Or should I wait another week to text her?

You see she is motivator to help me get clean so I can have the confidence and feel completely better overall so I plan on inviting her out to catch up which I already did and she accepted and would be down to go but I never followed through which was in the springtime I believe . I’m waiting to be pmo free 90 days or somewhere close to that point if I’m feeling really good etc.

Im just asking now I’m some genuine trying to make sure she is doing okay
 
You can decipher that when you are spending time with her. Your text means little to nothing to her or anyone in this universe. People do still value face-to-face time, especially if they are having a hard time.

You can even give her a little gift - that would be appropriate.

Yeah no it would mean more if it was face to face but like I said I’m not ready yet to invite her out or to see her. I wouldn’t mind a gift but we aren’t as close like how we used to be or else I would
