    So i have a hot girlfriend, and she knows about this nofap thing beacuse im a honest person.. is it okey to have regular sex without touching myself? Its like.. i cant avoid her when she touches me, and i think my libido and sex drive is returning to me, after i had sex with her 3x a day.. should i not have sex for ever better libido and sex drive?

    Depends what your situation is, but it sounds like you have a healthy relationship and you're not experiencing any issues so be intimate with each other and enjoy it.
