The question is how long have you been successfully doing NoFap.

It seems to be fairly common from alot of online posts that excessive porn and masterbation can inmo tenderising the dick.

Also I think masterbating when it's become more of a compulsion your more likely to be masterbating when your not always fully hard. Which I think is just more penis pulverising .

 

Lack of morning wood is a problem. If your dick is only erect when you beat the crap out of it, it's not gonna have the blood flow it needs to maintain its size. The good news is lost size is usually very easy to regain.

I am pretty sure that I don't get nocturnal erections anymore and that I am bored with life. I am pretty hopeful that I am suffering PIED. It's scary though. Can PIED make you suffer no nocturnal erections?

 

How old are you and have you had your tesoterone levels checked?

 

I'm 35 and I have not. I don't think it's necessary. I'm not taking testosterone pills.

I don't have insurance. If this PIED doesn't go away, I'll probably end it.

 

Please clarify, what you mean by "End it".

First, you can't tell if you have nocturnal erections, because you are sleeping when they happen - when you are in REM sleep. The only sure way to know is if you wake up and have some remanence of the erection after waking up.

 

If you're not getting morning wood you're probably not having nocturnal erections either. A way to tell is to tape some postage stamps around your flaccid dick before you go to bed. If you get an erection during the night, it will break the connection between the stamps.

My guess is this is PIED + TMS. You've watched so much porn that your brain is bored of everything else, and you've jacked off so hard that hard jacking off is the only thing your dick can feel. The resulting lack of erections made you lose a little size.

All three of these problems are fairly easy to fix. Don't lose hope.
