Hi. I've lived with a porn addiction since I was 9 years old. I'm now 34. I managed to quit for about five years, but I recently slipped. My therapist recommended this site, so I'm going for a reboot.

I'm married, and my wife has many health problems. I love her dearly, and can't stand the damage my addiction has done to her.

I'm reaching out for every bit of help I can get, and I hope I can be encouraging to everyone here as well.

You did it once, you are strong enough to do it again! Don't let porn control your life! Cold showering, sports and healthy eating will help you achieve your goal!
