Count me in.
Are you not going to allow yourself to masturbate? View porn? Orgasm whatsoever? Not allowing any outlet for sexual release is called "hard mode".
Soft mode. Casual sex only.
How long do you want this challenge to last? By default it is one month, but 90 days is recommended for rebooting.
90 days. And beyond.
What are your goals?
To retrieve my confidence, to overcome the thoughts of "what if they don't like what I'm about to say'?" or, "I better shut up and don't screw it all up". I have to stand for what I like and most likely what I don't, and let others know that.
Why are you doing this?
Self esteem, self improvement, pride, strength. Happiness. I'm doing this because I want this, and my life depends on it. I made the choice to change my life before, and it worked out(went from streets and not studying to bodybuilder and high school graduated), therefore, why wouldn't I be able to change this habit? It's such a tiny thing compared to my previous achievement.
I'm doing this because, in fact, what I got in return from 41 days of abstinence in my very first attempt to walk away from the habit, was indescribable. I gained confidence, I got a job, I got rid of tiredness and excuses, I moved straight forward: I started boxing, planning to start swimming and dancing, I made new friendships, and even one I'm having sex with!! I was living a heaven on earth. And I want my feets to walk over spongy clouds again.
And that was only 41 days, my friends. Imagine what could have happen later on.
That's what I'm fighting for. I need to discover what would have happened. I will discover it. And embrace it, no matter what it is.
Yours always, Luis.
