Hey brothers and sisters, I hope you're all keeping well. I wanted to share something that I have noticed in the last few days. My memory seems to be getting a lot better, not only with newly obtained information. I've noticed in the last few days that I get flashbacks of people/things I did as far back as high school and grade school(I'm 29). Of course on a "porn" side of things, I'm also flashing back to old content that I had watched a long time ago. I'm assuming my brain is just peeling off the layers of filth and my temptation demon is trying to grab my attention. It won't work, I kill each fantasy instantly(This is super important to a successful streak, I'll write a more detailed post about this in the future) For reference, what I have been doing as part of my journey. I've been on 35 days of semen retention, no edging. 107 days no porn and no youtube(MO relapse on day 72 and edged about 10 different times in that first streak). 30 days where I only allow myself to watch 2 hours of TV once in a week(something low impact, no action movies etc), I feel as though this has helped my dopamine receptors a lot. Also, 30 days of multiple meditation sessions throughout the day(10 mins as I wake up, 15 mins after breakfast, 20 mins after lunch and sometimes a bonus 10 minute session in the evening or at night). 7 days increased vitamin D intake from 1000 IU to 2000 IU, I read a study that an increase in Vitamin D also increased T levels. Participants took 3333 IU daily, for 12 months and their T levels increased from 10.4 nmol/L to 13.4 nmol/L (28.8% increase), the percent of increase was also associated to both free T and Total T. After a month, I will increase my dose to 3000 IU. Keep up the fight! We will get through this.
