Simple AF Technique

  1. Haha, I have never used the AF acronym, but I wasn't sure about profanity in titles on this forum and I don't want the mods to remove something awesome anymore than I think they would actually want to.

    Anyway, here is the simple as fuck technique...


    Every time you want to PMO, go exercise instead. I'm sure you've all heard that before, but I mean it differently. Go exercise until you're literally too burnt out to think about PMOing, or for some other reason you no longer want to.

    This method will kick your ass. You might get sick of having to exercise so hard, or you might feel amazing because you've been doing that. You might realize you don't want to exercise, but you also don't want to masturbate, so if you would just use your mind to control your body in that case, you wouldn't have to do either. Congratulations, at that point you've just made your own good decision without any gimmicks now.

    This is what I've been doing and it works great. Although I don't think it's a good idea to exercise to the point where you're burnt out.. it might help in that hour/day, but if temptation shows up again soon, you'll be too burnt out to go exercise, and even weaker than usual because you're burnt out, and temptation might overcome. This has happened to me in the past. So I do exercise but try to do it like to the point riiiiight before burn out. So that I'm tired enough to easily sleep, and also use plenty energy and not go near PMO, but also leave just enough energy so that in case the temptation comes back again soon, I still have enough energy/strength to just go out and exercise again lol. Hard to find the right balance sometimes but for sure exercise is a HUGE help in this battle. And if you replace the reward from PMO with the reward from a good exercise, then exercise isn't even something to dread anymore.. you want it, look forward to it, desire that reward from it.

    Then PMO can go burn in a garbage bag in a volcano.

    Not working for me. Usually I'm falling just before sleep. I'm exercising during the day and usually doing push-ups right before going to bed.

    The whole idea of "training instead of flapping" is bit overrated. If I want to touch my penis I'll do it. I'll cut my exercises in half and start to masturbate. Same with any other activity. If you won't be able to withstand your urges you'll fall.

    Those exercises might be good way to focus your brain on something different than porn desire.

    I think instead of just exercising on a particular time you should also exercise whenever the urges starts to overtake. Even if you're in the middle of that act you can start doing pushups or jogging etc, which always works
