Skin Care Tips

    Some skin care tips for the healthy skin are:
    Take bath daily and use some good quality soap.
    Moisturize your skin daily with almond oil and coconut oil.
    Drink plenty of water and fresh fruits juices.
    Eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables daily.
    Take green tea.
    Protect your skin from dust and sunburn.
    Avoid all cosmetics products.

    Use some nice facial cleansers as well, not $3 ones from your local drugstore. Trust me, the extra investment helps.

    Cold showers are supposed to help as they close the pores. Might be a good way to finish the warm bath.

    There are few skin care tips that are highly recommended by the experts.

    Get rid of tired Puffy Eyes by using chilled tea bags.

    For brighten your lips you may use coconut oil

    Using almond oil for cleansing your skin.

    You should be using green tea for healthy skin as a toner.

    By using aloe Vera you will surely transform you red irritated skin into glowing.

    Bone Broth is used for reducing the wrinkles.

    Also, perhaps more importantly, proper diet is a must!
