I had a serious addiction to Skype/Oovoo. When I started my reboot I deleted both apps from my pc. I haven't seen any posts lately about this type of addiction. I had a regular group that would video chat practically every day. Has anyone else been addicted to webcam videochat?

  2. Hi mate, I'm also addcited to webcam videochat and not only. The only tips I can give is to delete totaly these
apps and to install K9 to denied you the access to the link of upload, and before you must have delete your account on these apps.

  3. I used to visit webcam sites, too... - I mean, I went to cam and then waited for the girl which wants to masturbate with me... I know, how riddicolous this is, but yes - that's me.

I don't know what are you doing in that group, but if you want to stop it -- I think that there is only one solution: You have to delete all that contacts and delete your skype account.

    Cheers. Good luck!

  6. Me too. It's not Skype or Oovoo for me, it's other sites - it's made me broke :emoji_disappointed_relieved:I need to stop this but it's so alluring.

On a positive note, you're not alone. Today I looked up web cam addiction online and there's a great amount of people who struggle with the same thing.
This on Quora might be of help.

I thought that FAP had no consequences, but over the years I have realized that it has damaged my personal life a lot. It is difficult to stay free of this addiction, but I think that every day that passes free, I feel better with me.
