Its easy!! The biggest challenge is when someone comes over during weekends... Cant seem to chase them away before 12 pm!
I think I'll stop partaking this challenge in about a week.
Wake up at 4AM alone to meditate and work out, combined with the fact that I watched a Horror Film with my family just 3-4 days ago, make me scared... I'll think about creepy things certainly.
I'll join back.

Something went wrong with my alarm
Woke up at 2 am with terrible throath pain. Decided to rest instead of starting the day early. Dont count this as a fail.
What I have noticed is the earlier I wake up the happier I become because when I wake up earlier I tend to get into flow and that causes me to study well and stay satisfied with myself. As by 4AM-4 PM I can easily study of course few breaks in between.(Obviously 55 minutes + 5 minutes break pomodoro) and enjoy the rest of the day with my friends and family. This is helping me keep the balance. So that I strictly do my Entrance Preparation and also spend time with family. Life is awesome tbh we just don't know how to manage it and utilise the time properly. 0/30 Will start again tomorrow lol I am relapsing more on this compared to nofap.
