Is there any way to fall asleep faster in general? I'm finding that if I spend too much time in bed but not falling asleep I end up relapsing. Another thing I'm finding is that if I don't get enough sleep, I end up more vulnerable to porn. (not sure if I'm formatting this right, first time posting)
Do exercise to get tired probably. Don't consume caffeine. Don't look at screens within an hour before bedtime.
Brother maintain your balanced diet do exercise on regular basis ... And if you r just lying on bed Then go and do something just to achieve your goal ... Don't lie to urself Push urself And just do When u ll feel tired .. U ll sleep automatically... Hope u ll go ...
