Slowly Slipping Back

    This is my 111th day no PMO and as the title suggests I can feel myself slowly regressing to my old habits. For the duration of my 90 day reboot I took cold showers however I stopped that. Last week I skipped a workout. And this week together with last week ive been surfing my trigger sites and searching for raunchy pictures online. Just yesterday I nearly relapsed but I held on and said lemme just work out and see how I feel after. Thankfully the workout killed the urge. While I was working out I also saw it was time to rethink my strategy. I got overconfident after 90 days and decided to reinstall one of my trigger apps(instagram). I really need to refocus ive come way too far to relapse. So im gonna have to restrategize.

    Don't relapse. I too once got overconfident after 90 days and relapsed on the 91st day and it sucked, I still regret it till this day. Keep those devices aside my guy, just for a few days keep them aside, you can't afford to come back to day 0 and fall into the chaser effect once again.

    Don't give in to your brain's trickery, just don't.

    Don’t relapse man. Even if ever so slightly it’s so easy to start slipping back. I just realized I’m back to almost where I was when I started! I went so long a while back without and have dabbed back into lustful events and PMO and realize I’m going back down the same path. Stop, before it’s too late.

    I went over 200 days without PMO, now I can barely go a week, i usually just end up on psubs and not actual P, but p is just all the same. Stay away!
