This is my 111th day no PMO and as the title suggests I can feel myself slowly regressing to my old habits. For the duration of my 90 day reboot I took cold showers however I stopped that. Last week I skipped a workout. And this week together with last week ive been surfing my trigger sites and searching for raunchy pictures online. Just yesterday I nearly relapsed but I held on and said lemme just work out and see how I feel after. Thankfully the workout killed the urge. While I was working out I also saw it was time to rethink my strategy. I got overconfident after 90 days and decided to reinstall one of my trigger apps(instagram). I really need to refocus ive come way too far to relapse. So im gonna have to restrategize.
