I'm a 20 year old male who's been trying to quit for 2 years now, but I've gotten serious with it this summer: joining forums, doing research, practicing mindfulness mediation, working out, eating better, reading. This will be my third year in college, and I really want to beat this and get my life back on track. I'm looking to start a small Discord group (max 6 people) of like-minded people, who are dedicated to beating this, want to improve their lives, and who preferably have some experience with "rebooting" already. I live in the US (ET) (if that helps time-zone wise). RULES (I copied this part from another similar post): Check-in frequently : Each member must check in EVERY DAY (doesn't matter it could be a line or big paragraph). If someone doesn't check-in for more than 5 days without prior information will be kicked out from the group. It is encouraged to ask for help in the group when feeling of urge arises or before releasing. It's courage to ask for help. Members must be motivated and supportive to each other. If you have any suggestions for the rules, or if you are willing to join, please reply here. I will dm the link. Thank you!
