Yea, I Was close. All day at work I had very little sexual fantasties. My mind was focus on things besides sex and women. When my shift ended, I took a taxi (uber) home. As I get out of my car, I see a couple, boy and girl kissing. I looked for a second, and then went into my residence. But something triggered... It was feelings frustration, anger and desires and etc. Inside my apartment, I was able to just observe those urges and let them pass for a while. Then, they kept reappearing. Eventually, I gave in and masturb.

So I have to started all over again. What are your thoughts?
 
It’s all part of the journey… got to keep trying again.. every time you relapse your streak will be longer…. Just think back what triggered it then go back to yourself and say no I am not going to relapse this time…
