So glad to have found this community!

Hi, everyone. I'm Joe.

I just wanted to introduce myself and say thank you. I am so grateful that this community exists. I finally realize I have a problem, because I finally have the knowledge. It all started with me stumbling upon Philip Zimbardo's TedTalk called "The demise of guys?"
Then another TedxTalk by Gary Wilson about arousal addiction.
Which led me to watching a BBC documentary.
Which led me to the no fapping community.
I tried Hardmode (since I am currently single) and could only go 4 days. But I think that instead of creeping around the forums for information and tips, I am gonna jump right in to the community to get support and hopefully help others later on as I gain insight and experience into my own struggle. If there is anything I have learned from my struggle with clinical depression, it is that a support system is key to achieving and maintaining wellness.
Well thank you again for sharing, being open and welcoming - I'm gonna go start my journal.
