Hello everyone. I am a 26 year old male, and I honestly am not sure how long I've been using porn. Since shortly before I was a teenager for sure.

PMO has always been a closely guarded secret for me, and the thing I am most ashamed of in my life, which has probably greatly hindered me from recovering. It soaks up way more time than I ever want it to, and I often feel bad about myself afterwards. I have been trying to quit off and on for basically the whole time I have been doing PMO. I have had some success in it, but usually very small victories. My longest streak was 7 days, and usually when I relapse, I have a difficult time getting back on track.

I don't really have a rebooting plan except to take it one day at a time and try to go as long as possible without PMO. I am currently on day zero.

    Nice to meet you all!
