So I am back and want more than 14 days

    Yep. Last year I tried 14 days. Before that several times just one week. What I recognized was that my voice is a lot deeper after 14 days and I still have some of that effect with me. Anybody else realized that?
    I am also looking for encouragement for what happens after 14 days. Boy I am looking forward. Hopefully I will manage it this time.

    I survived day 1. But that was never the problem for me...

    After 14 days, I started getting wet dreams. For me, I think abstaining for such a long made my brain wonder why the heck I'm not watching porn and flooded my sleep with thoughts. I never actually had an orgasm, though- would wake up right before it. It was intense.

    I don't know why I really relapsed from that one- It was around 20 days and something in my brain went off, and that was it.

    This is a hell of a challenge, that's for sure.

    I'm currently at 5 days (doing my best to complete the Oct objective). I know it's going to get crazier, but I'm giving it my all.

    This time it seems like it is even more difficult. Did anybody notice improvements after 14 days as I did back then? I need some motivation..

    That could have happened to me. Only that I never remember my dreams!
    Where there any other things you noticed?

    What an incredibly hard day ahead. Sunday, not much to do, and I am feeling horny. Trying to be occupied with something else.
