So i botched today.

    So, i was so confident that this time was going to be different, i had another motivation and everything, i made a big speech on the Newbies section about starting new. and i didn't even last a full week. i feel embarassed and a little angry because i dissapointed myself. I didn't masturbate to porn thought, i masturbated to bikini photos... but i'm not gonna use that as an excuse. i failed and that's that. I'll get back up on my feet and start all over again.

    curious off-topic-ish: a while back ago (some years) i saw this beautiful girl on the supermarket, apparently she attends the same university as i do, and guess what... she added me on facebook. Made me realise that i could be having sex and chatting with beautiful girls if it wasn't for this.

    not going to see "I'M GONNA DO IT, THIS TIME", i'm only going to say i'll try harder. i'll try going to the end of the year without masturbation. Not all is lost. got to keep my head up

    Relapse is part of recovery, it's not over yet.

    SuperGxz is right, relapse is part of recovery, but don't use this as an excuse to relapse over and over. Start again, re-motivate yourself, re-assess your goals, re-assess yourself and write down what you want out of nofap and what you still have to achieve.

    You have it in yourself to not give up, and to achieve your goals. Start again and come back stronger. Good luck :)
