So I finally started self improvement path. What's next?

I already started with 38 MO and 5 days P clean. Daily I take cold showers, excercise a lot (I rest every 3 days), I meditate mostly at 5am and I'm trying to start making my chores in order to restore my student life and get a job, the problems is that I'm still procrastinating because I don't feel strong enough to make a simple homework.
I guess I need motivation, direction or something else, I don't know :/
Edit. I just got eliminated for a team because of that...

Small steps, but during a longer period. Try to make a list of goals you want to achieve, something easy you can complete within day, something more difficult for a week and a couple of long term goals. Try to figure a plan how to achieve those goals. Stay out of P and be strong and motivated!

Think of some small rewards after every goal or a milestone.
 
Sounds like you're doing pretty good, I'd try to cu the P just to keep a clear head and maybe try walking around in the woods and intermittent fasting to help spark some serious changes.
