So... I'm back

    I tried to the whole NoFap thing multiple times around 2 months ago. Failed. Every. Single. Time. Now I am back and I want to give it another go. One of my friends went about 20 days and I was so proud of him. I haven't talked to him lately to see if he is still going strong. I want to be on his level. I want willpower!

    The first thing I'd like to do on my NoFap journey is reinvent my social life. I want to get out more with new (and old) friends so I won't spend too much time alone to contemplate jacking off to porn. If I'm going to do this and be successful, I can't spend too much time alone in my room. Point blank period.

    The second thing I'd like to do is to have a better workout routine. I usually go for 30 minutes a day but I'm thinking about cranking that up to at least an hour. The weird part about workouts is that sometimes I get a strong urge to fap after exercise! Hopefully, if I go an hour I will be too physically and mentally exhausted to even think about fapping.

    Other than that, I don't really know what I can do to prevent a relapse. When I relapse after a nice little streak, I RELAPSE HARD! I can jack off 2-3 times the day of a relapse, losing myself in pornography and masturbation.

    SOMEONE HELP ME! What can I do to stay motivated? How do I deal with blue balls? How do I not feed into the strong urges?

    Also, what are your experiences with NoFap? Did you obtain any of the claimed "superpowers"?
