    Just earlier was the second time this week already that I dreamt I was jacking off and O'ing on my bed. Of course in the dream I'd have hints of regret and shittiness and whatnot, but as soon as I wake up for reals I'm just like "YUSS! I DIDN'T RELAPSE :D" Just feels weird tho to be in the exact same location as where your dream happened so I get a brain fart for a few second haha.

    I've found it quite odd too since this is only the first time I've had it happen to me, yet I've been engaging in this NoFap thing since late April. Anyone else had similar experiences?

    Yes. Back to when I was on day 28, really close to my 30 day goal, I started having those same kind of dreams. But the difference for me is that I actually O'd irl.

    I think your mind craves release so it gets it in any form that it can. Stay strong, dude.

    This is helps weird how you dream about o but it doesn't actually happen. I've never experienced it. But it's a great bonus I guess! :)

    Yup, I've experienced it a lot, both the last time I tried to quit (went for 5 weeks without) and this time. It happens about every 3 nights. And it's always such a relief to wake up, like you said, hehe

    I've had 3 sex dreaming nights in a row. I've been looking forward to sleep just for those reasons. I have been sleeping much better. Noticeably better! But, I must keep aware of the mistakes that can lead from this. Nofap is life changing. Remains a daily struggle and must not forget the pain of lapsing into pmo.

    @Rubidium Totally man! I just dream about the act of masturbating though, the feeling's never really there but I still feel shitty during the dream, like "FAK I snapped my streak again!"

    Really does motivate me in that I try and remember that feeling and try my best not to let it leak into real life y'know?
