I’m really struggling to find motivation just now.
I first started his process about 150 days ago and I started off really strongly (at least for how badly I was - multiple times each day). It was: 7 days, relapse, 10 days, relapse, 1 month, then a really bad relapse.
I couldn’t believe how much progress I made over the short term but in the last couple of months I slipped back to being every bit as bad as I had been - which is incredibly frustrating. I should say, I’ve never felt better in my life than I did over that initial 7 day window.
I’d love to hear some advice on how to achieve over a long period. Mechanisms for abstaining on a more permanent basis.
