    Hi, I'm a forty year old husband and father of three and have been fapping since I was 12. My daughters are getting older and I really want to stop looking at women as sex objects, my daughter's deserve a world where they are treated with more respect than that.
    My porn usage has been getting more frequent and it's escalating and getting more severe.

    I'm determined to change my life, I feel so guilty and ashamed after I've PM'd. I hope I can crack this. Good luck with your journeys
