    After reading about Nofap and concluding a research myself, saw people's amazing stories and benefits that can be experienced. So here I am and day 1 completed. I'm posting this thread as in the past (still currently), I constantly relapsed which lead me back to my old habits. Hopefully, a community who have been in my situation can motivate myself and others from relapsing.
