so this is my 2nd day of NoFap ,

i was like 13 when i started my experience with the fap ,
it was and still is very toxic.
though my issues only happen on 3 websites
pornhub
rule34
xvideos
these websites if didnt ex site would make my fap almost non excite
though within these 2 days ive noticed how better and how much improvedment i have made compared to my exstrem streack of work.

i have found that playing games like destiny 2 , kingdom heartes unchianed x
have made me focus on them instead of fap which is a exstremly good thing
though today for a minute i clicked on a link that had porn in it , escaped, does this count against or is this just the internet and should be passed?

 

No, I don't believe that counts. You escaped from the link before you did anything so don't let that get you down.

I agree that gaming is a good escape. I've started a Skyrim playthrough and plan to try and complete the game (not that I have much free time).

I also had trouble with those particular sites so I sympathize with your struggle.
