I got social anxiety panic attack today in my school My whole body is tingling like crazy And im crying in public .. im so ashamed .. this is the second time it happened .. i feel so inferior towards others especially my girlfriend .. im so guilty feeling like this. I always think that iam a weak man . Because im skinny person that i cant protect my girlfriend .. i hate this obsessive thoughts so much . Its killing me

Porn addiction will make you feel inferior to the entire world along with a million other awful emotions. I really believe porn is dangerous, it is so destructive.
My self confidence is very low . And i dont think i can protect my girlfriend if something happens cause ive never been i a fight my whole life

Indeed you can learn martial arts, I recommend thai-boxing and take up physical exercise to become stronger. That would be really good for you, in many ways. Martial arts can be a great hobby. At the same time though it helps to learn to manage our anxiety like Lab-rat suggests. Obsessive thoughts are often untrue and unrealistic. I've done martial arts, I'm not physically weak, could I defend an intimate partner? in some cases yes, but in other cases no. That's just life if multiple guys attacked us I probably couldn't defend anyone from that. It's kind of scary maybe, but it doesn't make me a 'weak man'. A strong guy isn't made through being in lots of fights dude, might you have unrealistic expectations of yourself? Stay strong and work on building your confidence.
I really love to learn martial arts , especial muay thai .. its just that i dont have money to go in a martial arts class .
go for MMA or kick box...go in gym and do some powerlifting exercises like squat, deadlift and so on...it will make you feel good about yourself
