Not only Instagram, but all social media is full of nudity and such triggers. I don't even touch it that period.

I've deleted all my social media about a year ago when I had depression, my mental health improved a lot after doing that.

It just bothers me that one's personal life becomes other's entertainment, there's just no sense of privacy anymore, people just overshare their lives and think it's cool.

The more you look at other people's lives, the more you hate your own. Just live your own life dude and don't show it to anyone.

For me, it's all about Instagram – you can find EVERYTHING there! But yeah, I totally get the numbness thing, especially when scrolling through tweets or memes. It's like a temporary escape, right? I don't think it's an addiction either 'cause I can easily take breaks and not miss it. It's just a way to beat boredom and have some fun! Plus, finding hilarious stuff to share with friends is a bonus! But you know what? Emails can be lifesavers too! I discovered this nifty tip on scheduling emails in Outlook at https://multitechverse.com/. Organizing my things has become a lot easier since I started using it.

I would say all of them. With my personal experience, reddit definitely screwed most with my mind, there are too much NSFW content there (i even say that reddit is at the same level of a pornographic site).

  7. You know, I hate to be that guy, but I would honestly add Nofap to that list of yours.

After nearly a month of using this platform, I've begun to grow tired of it. Yet here I am, visiting this platform several times a day, awaiting some kind of update from somebody in my inbox or a thread I've watched or posted on. Most of the time when I look for discussions to have, I'm just bored; it seems like this website has become less about getting actual help and advise, or simply another dopamine hit to replace porn (and worse yet, social media for that matter).

If it weren't for my accountability partners, I would have quit this site already.

I deleted my Twitter account and only check my Facebook maybe twice a day. I have majorly reduced my screen time as a key factor in my acting out.

Much of it, yes! The same teens have no clue that it's going to be there forever and that there will be consequences in the future for putting out near-nude films today. One of them is that no high-quality men is going to want them for a serious relationship for example.
